DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

How to file a notice

We respect intellectual property and act fast on valid complaints. Email [email protected] with the subject line DMCA NOTICE. Include the exact URL, a description of the copyrighted work, proof you own or represent it, and your contact details. Notices without evidence, or sent anonymously, are rejected.

What happens next

We review every notice within three business days. If it is valid we remove or disable the material first, then notify the uploader. We keep a record of the claim and the action for our files. Bad-faith notices may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Counter notices

If your material was removed in error, send a counter notice to the same address with your name, address, a statement of good faith and consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. We may restore the material after ten business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Our editorial, copyright and privacy practices follow US FTC guidance on advertising and disclosure.
